Animated Infographic Video

Week 5 ( 05/02/2021 )

I started to planning for my animated infographic video. First thing first, I sketched out the storyboard of the animation version in multiple frame to create a rough idea on how am I going to animate the video.

After finishing the sketching, I continue to draw each scene in Photoshop with the required size ( 1280x720px ). I copied the elements I draw for Project 1 for each scene. However, I remain using the same color scheme I had chosen for Project 1.

When working in After Effects, I imported all the Photoshop files separately so that I won't confuse. I took a lot of time to animate the video. Glad that Mr. Shamsul had taught us some basic animation in After Effects.

I downloaded background music which I think was suitable for this animation video from online. I was quite happy with the video, below is my first outcome.

Lecturer's Feedback :

The fire can use looping animation to make it more interesting. Other than that, the rest of the process is very nicely done. Good job !

Week 6 ( 15/02/2021 )

I added the looping effect for the fire. Finally, this is my final outcome :
